Since the high speed side negative brush is divided at the part sliding on the commutator and a short circuit current becomes difficult to flow between adjacent segments in the high speed brush, a short circuit current resulting from the electromotive force of a magnet becomes difficult to flow through a coil located at a position being shorted through the brush and thereby the effect of reversal torque can be suppressed. Consequently, disturbance of current ripple is suppressed and lowering of efficiency is suppressed because unevenness of torque is reduced while reducing noise at the time of driving the motor.
