Title:
BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS55100057
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance a speed-sensing mechanism and to make a motor compact by arranging a speed-sensing coil together with a driving coil in a stator yoke, and utilizing the permanent magnet of a rotor for speed sensing. CONSTITUTION:A speed-sensing coil 12 is arranged between a stator yoke 10 and a driving coil 13 in a flat motor which is enclosed in a fixed cylinder 1 in order to drive a rotating cylinder 5 directly. The speed-sensing coil 12 opposes a permanent magnet 15 of a rotor 17. The ends of the driving coil 13 and the speed-sensing coil 12 are both treated by a printed board 14 provided at the peripheral portion of the stator yoke 11. In this constitution, a permanent magnet 15 of a rotor can be utilized for speed sensing, the speed-sensing mechanism can be enclosed, and the configuration of the motor can be made compact. Furthermore, the motor can be manufactured inexpensively by making the configuration of the driving coil 13 the same as that of the speed-sensing coil 12.
