A mounting cover 8 is attached to a rear face side of a camera body. A film pressing plate 14 is fixed to an inner face center of the mounting cover 8 and a change over operation member 16 is attached with freely sliding to a rear face thereof. An exposed opening 28 is formed at a center of the film pressing plate 14. Between the film pressing plate 14 and the mounting cover 8, a supporting member 33 on which a CCD image sensor 27 is fixed is attached along a lens optical axis direction with freely sliding. When the change over operation member 16 is operated by selecting a digital camera mode, a projection 16a presses the supporting member 33 to move the CCD image sensor 27 to an image pickup position. When the change over operation member 16 is operated by selecting a silver salt camera mode, the projection 16a removes from the supporting member 33 and the CCD image sensor 27 is returned to a withdrawing position by energizing of the spring 37.
