Abstract:
To provide a cap unit allowing a user to easily open a lid body with one hand even when the inside of a container body is decompressed and having excellent operability, and to provide a beverage container.SOLUTION: A cap unit 3A is detachably fitted to a container body 2 with an upper part opened. The cap unit comprises: a cap body 10 fitted to an upper opening of the container body 2 and having a liquid passage port communicating the inside with the outside of the container body 2; a lid body 20 rotatably fitted to the cap body 10 via a first hinge 31, and openably closing the liquid passage port in an energized state in an opening direction around the first hinge 31; a cutoff packing tightly closing between the cap body 10 and the container body 2; a lid locking mechanism 40 fixing the lid body 20 to the cap body 10 at a closing position closing the liquid passage port with the lid body 20; and a lid opening mechanism 60 opening the liquid passage port by pushing up the lid body 20 at the closed position, following releasing operation of the fixed state of the lid body 20 by the lid locking mechanism 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
