Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacity variable capacitor circuit and a capacity variable thin film capacitor element where capacity change due to a high frequency signal is small, and capacity change due to DC bias is large and high frequency components using the capacity variable thin film capacitor element.
SOLUTION: In this capacitor variable capacitor circuit constituted by successively and serially connecting first to the Nth variable capacitor elements C1 to CN whose capacitors are changing according to an applied voltage value between an input terminal I and an output terminal O, the i-th input terminal side bias line is arranged between the input terminal side terminal part of the first variable capacitor element and the respective connecting points of the 2i-th variable capacity element to the 2i+1th variable capacitor element, and the i-th output terminal side bias line is arranged between the output terminal side terminal part of the Nth variable capacity element and the respective connecting points of the 2i-1th variable capacity element to the 2i-th variable capacity element. In this case, N=2n+1, n≥1, and 1≤i≤n.
