This carbon dioxide treatment device includes: a carbon dioxide cylinder 1 as a carbon dioxide source; a bag 3 as a space forming member forming a space surrounding a region to be treated; and a tube 5 as a passage forming member forming a passage for feeding carbon dioxide from the carbon dioxide cylinder 1 to the inside of the bag 3. A three-way valve 7 is disposed in the midway of the tube 5, and a suction pump 9 for sucking the gas in the interior of the bag 3 and discharging the same to the outside is connected to the three-way valve 7. An opening of the bag 3 is provided with a pressure sensitive adhesive tape 11 stuck to the body side of a patient or stuck to each other to thereby close the opening.
