The first foot mounting base 1d is suspended down from the front end portion of a seat portion, and the second foot mounting base 1f is also suspended from the front end portion of the seat portion, when not using the first foot mounting base 1d and the second foot mounting base 1f. While, an operating rod 131 is moved in a forward direction by driving an actuator for the foot mounting bases when using the respective foot mounting bases 1d, 1f. Consequently, rotation force is imparted upward to the first foot mounting base 1d in a suspended state and also the second foot mounting base 1f rotates upward, and further moves so as to extend forward from the first foot mounting base 1d accompanied with the forward movement of the operating rod 131.
