The circuit board case 1 includes the cover 50 having a cover front wall 51 and standing walls 53-55 continued to the cover front wall and mounted to the vehicle at opposite sides 56, 57 to the cover front wall of the standing walls; and the case 10 for storing the circuit board and having at least a case front wall 11 in which the case front wall is stored inside the cover while opposing to the cover front wall. In the circuit board case 1, engagement units 60, 70 engaged with first wall surfaces 12, 13c, 14c directed to an opposite side to the case front wall of the case, urging the case to the cover front wall side and retaining the case in the cover are formed on the standing walls of the cover.
