Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp fixing device capable of repeatedly and precisely positioning a work pallet on a clamp base member.SOLUTION: A clamp base member 1 has a plurality of clamp means 5, and clamp spigots 43 corresponding to the clamp means are provided on a work pallet 2. First centering members 4 are disposed on the clamp base member, and cooperate with centering elements 38 disposed on the work pallet 2 to be aligned in X and Y directions when the work pallet is clamped at a predetermined position on the clamp base member. The clamp means have clamp sockets 6, and top surfaces thereof configure Z-direction attaching portions for the work pallet. The Z-direction attaching portions have surface parts 11 arranged on the top surfaces of clamp sockets 6, and are provided with an outflow ports for a cleaning medium. The clamp sockets are provided with hollow extension parts extending to a bottom surface of the clamp base member.
