PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip holder for wiring and piping, that improves the performance of conducting electricity, also facilitates the projection welding work of bolt to a fixed face by enabling a wiring and piping from a fixed face and holding a simultaneous rotation of clip nut.
SOLUTION: A bevel headed conical shape pedestal 3, having the end face 3b of small-diameter D2 that makes the diameter small to the end and the end face 3a of large-diameter D1, as well as the interval H between the end face 3b of small-diameter D2 and the end face 3a of the large-diameter D1 on the clip receiver seat plate 4 of L or C-shape on which the flange 5 is standing erect towards the top. The bolt 2 having the projection part for welding on the end face 3b of small-diameter D2 of this pedestal 3 is penetrated the end face 3a of the large-diameter D1 of the pedestal 3 on the back side of clip receiver seat plate 4, and the bolt 2 is projected and connected to the clip receiver seat plate 4. The end face 3b of small-diameter D2 of the pedestal 3 by projection is welded to the fixed face, where the wiring and piping is done and the clip is held and tightened by the nut fitting with the bolt 2 to the clip receiver face of the clip receiver seat plate 4.
