Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the diameter of the opening of a rotary tube, easily thrust a semihard magnetic body into the opening, and improve the pressing-in workability by forming a taper section on the inner periphery of the rotary tube.
SOLUTION: This rotary tube 1 is made of a polyolefin resin such as a polyethylene resin or a polybutene resin. A taper section 2 with the inner diameter made gradually narrower toward the lower depth side from the upper opening side is formed on the inner periphery of the rotary tube 1. A cylindrical semihard magnetic body 11 rounded with a rectangular plate-like semihard magnetic body is pressed into the inner periphery of the rotary tube 1, and it is fixed by the spring-elastic restoring force. When a metal shaft 61a and a rotary shaft 61 are rotated and a permanent magnet 3 is rotated, hysteresial torque is applied between the permanent magnet 3 and semihard magnetic body 11, the rotary tube 1 is rotated, and a rubber roller G is rotated. Duplicate feed paper sheets are separated by the force corresponding to the hysteresial torque.
