Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee maker which can raise temperature of coffee liquid in the vessel up to the extraction finishing temperature and then further to the center of a suitable temperature range.
SOLUTION: This coffee maker is equipped with a temperature sensitive element 4 mounted on a water tube 2 or a heating means 3. When the temperature of the temperature sensitive element 4 goes up to a first prescribed temperature, the heating means 3 is switched to intermittent energizing so as to additionally heat up the coffee liquid in a vessel 6 to securely raise the temperature of the coffee liquid in the vessel 6.
