To provide a cogeneration system using exhaust heat, adapted to supply hot water to a bath in addition to a hot water supply part, and to suitably raise the hot water supply temperature thereto by a backup burner.
In the system, a line L1 from a water supply source 5 is connected to a first backup burner 7a for hot water supply, a branch line L6 is connected to a heat exchanger 2 of a fuel cell 1 through a first control valve V1, a line L8 is connected to a bath circulation system, a bypass line Lb having a second control valve V2 interposed therein is connected to the line L6 and the line L8 from the heat exchanger 2, and a line L10 from a second backup burner 7b is connected to the bath 11. An exhaust heat circulation line L11 and the line L8 include temperature sensors T1 and T2, respectively. The system comprises a control device 12 for controlling the first and second control valves V1 and V2.
