Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coil for a fusion device for suppressing the generation of bending stress in a poroidal coil part and preventing the banding stress from damaging the poroidal coil part and the like.
SOLUTION: The coil for fusion device 1 comprises a toroidal magnetic coil 3 having a plurality of toroidal coil parts 2 arranged along a torus direction, a poroidal magnetic coil 5 having a plurality of poroidal coil parts 4 extended along the torus direction and surrounding the periphery of the toroidal magnetic coil 3, and a plurality of support bodies 8 fixed on the outer surface of the toroidal coil parts 2 and supporting the poroidal coil parts 4. The support bodies 8 are provided at every other crossing of the toroidal coil parts 2 and the poroidal coil parts 4 along the torus direction.
