To provide a collapsible cart capable of being easily folded for storage without requiring much labor, so that a number of carts can be stored even in a small space.

The cart comprises an approximately rectangularly formed load-carrying platform, wheels provided on the lower surface of the load- carrying platform, and hand operated portions stood at both ends of the load- carrying platform. The cart is adapted to be capable of selectively assuming a load-carrying attitude such that the load-carrying surface of the load-carrying platform is held horizontal to separate both hand operated portions from each other, and a folded attitude such that the load-carrying surface is tilted to bring both hand operated portions close together. Lock means are provided for locking the cart in either attitude.
