Abstract:
To provide a colorimeter capable of performing a highly reliable color measurement while properly suppressing the curling of a recording medium by smoothly conveying the recording medium even if the curling state of the recording medium varies according to the type of the recording medium and the ambient temperature.
The position of a spur 14 for pressing the conveyed recording medium P1 is adjusted according to the information on the conveyed recording medium P1 and the progress of the conveyance to control the contact and separation of the spur on and from the recording medium P1.
