To enable a control device which performs amplitude feedback control over a vibration type component feeder to drive the component feeder stably even when a very small amplitude target value is set.
In a CPU 12 constituting a main part of a control circuit 11 performing the amplitude feedback control, a monitor circuit 21 is provided which stops the amplitude feedback control when an amplitude target value is changed from a stationary-time amplitude set value larger than a reference value to a low-speed-time amplitude set value equal to or less than the reference value and the difference between the amplitude target value after the change and an amplitude measured value enters a prescribed range. Consequently, even when a very small low-speed-time amplitude set value is employed as an amplitude target value, the amplitude feedback control which is likely to cause hunting in a region of small amplitude level stops, so that the component feeder can be stably driven.
