Abstract:
To provide a combination mask, at the mask part of which strain is small.
A support screen 2 is held on a frame 1. A printing metal sheet 3 having bonding part at its periphery is prepared so as to bond the printing metal sheet 3 and the support screen 2 through some part of the bonding part by an adhesive 4. Next, a support screen 2a inside the bonding part is cut off. After that, the support screen 2 and the printing metal sheet 3 are bonded together through the remaining portion of the bonding part with the adhesive 5. The amount of strain at the mask part is reduced by adjusting the magnitude of a tension applied to the printing metal sheet.
