Title:
COMBUSTION CHAMBER STRUCTURE OF ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2021161978
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To suppress an increase in temperature of valves that may become an occurrence factor of pre-ignition while reducing a cooling loss.SOLUTION: A combustion chamber structure of an engine comprises a combustion chamber 6 partitioned by a cylinder block 3, a cylinder head 4, a piston 5, an air intake valve 11, and an air exhaust valve 12. The air intake valve 11 (the air exhaust valve 12) includes: an air intake valve body 110 including an umbrella part 111 comprising a valve head 113 and a valve face 114; a heat insulating layer 71 arranged in the valve head 113, and having lower thermal conductivity than that of the valve body 110; a heat shielding layer 72 arranged so as to cover the valve head 113 in which the heat insulating layer 71 is arranged, and having lower thermal conductivity than that of the valve body 110 and the heat insulating layer 71; and a heat diffusing layer 73 arranged between the heat insulating layer 71 and the heat shielding layer 72, and having higher thermal conductivity than that of the heat insulating layer 71 and the heat shielding layer 72. The heat diffusing layer 73 comprises a contact part 731 that comes into contact with the cylinder head 4 when the air intake valve 11 is closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
