PURPOSE: To provide a complex machine tool which can continuously execute laser machining without changing the attitude of a workpiece against various inclined faces of the workpiece having a three-dimensional shape.

CONSTITUTION: An arbor for laser machining 44 is provided with an attaching part in close contact with a tool supporting part of a main spindle and an emitting part 56 connected to the front end of the attaching part 52 through a shaft 54 capable of oscillation. The emitting part 56 has a lens 64 for converging laser beam fixed and arranged inside. Between the attaching part 52 and the emitting part 56, a movable reflecting plate 66 is provided supported by the shaft 54. The movable reflecting plate 66 is provided with a reflecting mirror 68 for deflecting a path of the laser beam on one side. At both sides 66a of the movable reflecting plate 66, a guiding groove 70 extending in parallel with the reflecting face of the reflecting mirror 68 is provided symmetrical position relative to the shaft 54. Guiding plates 74 and 76 are fixed to the attaching part 52 and the emitting part 56, and the guiding plates 74 and 76 have guiding grooves 78 and 80, respectively, to be engaged with each of connecting pins 72 slidably arranged in the guiding groove 70.
