Abstract:

To provide a method for brazing components on site in a power generation system.

In order to improve the repair of the power generation system, there are provided a method for brazing components of the power generation system, the brazed components for the power generation system, and brazing. The method includes a step of preparing a component having a characteristic part on its surface, and a step of obtaining coated granular material by coating a granular material with a filler material. The method further includes a step of obtaining a processing area by preparing the characteristic part, and a step of filling the processing area on the surface of the component with the coated granular material. The method further includes a step of heating the processing area and peripheral components till a brazing temperature, and a step of applying an oxidation-protective film to the processing area. The method further includes a step of brazing the processing area and a screen after reaching the brazing temperature, and a step of obtaining a brazing-bonded part by cooling the components.
