Abstract:
PURPOSE:To assure a minimum flow rate of steam for an ceonomizer and prevent a damage of the economizer by a method wherein a turbine bypass adjuster valve for a steam turbine device is of more than two parallel large and small valve and the small valve is provided with a limiter for minimum degree of opening of the valve. CONSTITUTION:A composite cycle plant is provided with a gas turbine, waste heat recovery boiler device 40 and a steam turbine device 14. As a turbine bypass control valve, there are provided a large valve 20, small valve 20a, large valve 21 and small valve 21a. The small valves 20a and 21a are provided with limiters 20b and 21b for a minimum degree of opening. The small valves 20a and 21a are opened to their minimum degrees under an operation of pressure control meters 24 and 25 when a stream turbine 14 is started to operate and when a rapid decrease in load is found and then a minimum flow rate of high pressure economizer 10 and low pressure economizer 7 are assured. In this way, it is made possible to prevnet a damage of pipes in the economizers 10 and 7.
