Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a C/C composite material of further excellent in interlaminar shear strength and further improved durability.
SOLUTION: A prepreg is formed by carbon fibers and a carbonaceous matrix material. A carbonaceous filler material is attached to the prepreg, prepreg sheets stuck with the filler material are laminated and carbonized or carbonized and graphitized to produce a C/C composite material 1 having a laminated structure of a carbonaceous matrix 3 of the orientated and carbonized or graphitized carbon fibers 2 in the interior, comprising a carbonaceous filler material 5 in a laminated interfacial part 4 between the mutual carbonaceous matrixes 3.
