Abstract:
To provide a conductive fabric which can be used as a sensor member for detecting a pressure distribution when a human body and a soft substance come in contact with the fabric, also used as an electrode and the like, has stretching properties and flexibility, and can flexibly follow an irregularity and change in shape of a human body.
The conductive fabric comprises: base cloth formed of a non-conductive fiber; and a plurality of conductive layers that are formed by weaving or knitting conductive fibers into the base cloth and are arranged on a surface of the base cloth so as to be isolated from each other in an island shape.
