Title:
CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01128306
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make thermal transfer possible at a low temperature by making a conductive material for an electrode a hot melt type containing more than one kind of noble metal powder out of silver, palladium, platinum and gold, together with wax having a melting point in a specific temperature range and a dispersant in a specific temperature range. CONSTITUTION:A metal oxide, for instance, copper oxide, bismuth oxide or glass powder, is added to a simple substance of noble metal powder such as silver, palladium, platinum and gold or mixed powder as an adhesive to a ceramic raw sheet as occasion demands so as to mix the powder by using a powder mixer. Next, a sort of normal paraffin, a sort of microwax having a melting point 50-80 deg.C together with stearic acid, sorbitanic acid monostearate as a dispersant of metal powder and glass powder are melted by heating and uniformly mixed so as to form a hot melt type binder. Then, mixed noble metal powder, metal oxide powder are uniformly dispersed into the molten hot melt type binder in order to make a conductive material for an electrode. This conductive material melts at a temperature of 50-80 deg.C but contains no solvent so as to be able to perform transfer at a low temperature.
