Abstract:
To provide a conductive member in which irreversible resistance change that occurs before and after the member is left in an environment in which temperature and humidity are high is suppressed, and to provide an electrophotographic device and process cartridge that use the conductive member.
The electrophotographic device and process cartridge have the conductive member. In the conductive member comprising at least a support and a coating layer formed on the support, the coating layer contains surface- processed particles. The degree of hydrophobicity of the particles is 20% or more, the average primary particle diameter of the particles is 0.5 μm or less, and the specific surface area of the particles is 20 m2/g or more.
