Abstract:

To provide an electrophotographic roller in which no image failure is generated by securing the initial characteristic even in use over a long period of time and an electrophotographic device using it.

In the electrophotographic roller provided with a conductive elastic layer and a surface layer and in which the 10 point average roughness (Rz) of the surface is ≥0.1 μm and ≤20 μm, temperature in low temperature side indicating the half value of the peak value tan δ in temperature dispersing measure of dynamic viscoelasticity of the surface layer is provided to be ≥50°C.
