Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confidential postcard which facilitates peeling of a protective material in the wet state even when getting wet after crimping, and has water resistance.SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing a rubber latex, a nonionic aqueous urethane resin, and an ink fixer having a solid content fewer than the solid content of the rubber latex is applied onto at least one of a base material and a protective material which are formed of waterproof paper having a contact angle of 115 degrees or more and a peeling strength between wet layers of 115 g/inch or more.
