To provide a continuous furnace for brazing of aluminum products, the furnace that can smoothly hold a transporting roller, without having deformation or change in position of the muffle hole for the transporting roller to penetrate, through thermal expansion or contraction of the holding part even under rapid heating or rapid cooling.
In the continuous furnace, the heating zone and the water cooling zone are structured such that a heating chamber and a water cooling zone are provided with a carbon muffle 31 and a carbon floor board in the furnace wall 28 and the water cooling wall, with a hermetically sealed box 39 provided on both sides of the furnace wall 26. The transporting roller house includes a plurality of transporting roller groups in which a plurality of transporting rollers 19 are lined up in parallel in a transporting direction. The transporting roller 19 has both ends extended outward, penetrating a supporting hole 36 formed on the side wall 35 of the carbon muffle 31, and is concentrically fixed on a roller supporting shaft 37, with an interlocking mechanism 26 installed that is linked with the plurality of transporting rollers 19.
