Abstract:

To provide an efficient and stable continuous production method of homogeneous polyamide for a long time, of which process is simplified, and whose energy usage is little with short-time processing.

The continuous production method comprises as follows. Dicarboxylic acid components not containing moisture substantially and diamine components of 10 wt.% or less of moisture are continuously supplied to a polymerization reactor and a polyamide prepolymer is continuously polymerized. Then, the polyamide prepolymer is continuously supplied to a biaxial extruder for increasing the degree of polymerization.
