Abstract:

To reduce the fluctuation of a blowing rate occurring when blowing a pulverized coal into a blast furnace while sequentially changing feed tanks in a facility for blowing the pulverized coal into the blast furnace, which is constituted by a plurality of the feed tanks.

This control device includes: a sequence-switching command section 4 which sequentially selects two feed tanks among three or more feed tanks 11, 21, 31 and 41, sets the tanks in a blowing operation state, and sequentially switches the three or more feed tanks so as to differentiate the respective timings of switching the two feed tanks 11 and 21 into the blowing operation state; and a blowing control section 6 which calculates the total blowing rate of the feed tanks 11 and 21 so as to become a set value Sv based on the command signal of the blowing operation sent from the sequence-switching command section 4, and individually controls the pressure of the carrier gas in each feed tank 11 and 21 based on the set value of the blowing rate to control the blowing rates of the gases blown from the feed tanks 11 and 21.
