Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent streaks from occurring in the central part of woven fabric.
CONSTITUTION: The rotation is controlled by either (B1) of warp yarn beams based on a tension signal (St) from a tension sensor (TS) so that the tension (T) may coincide with the target tension. Furthermore, the rotation is controlled by the other warp yarn beam (B2) based on tension signals from tension sensors arranged in boundary parts of warp yarns (W1), (W1)..., (W2), (W2)... so that the tension in the boundary parts may coincide. Since the tension difference in the boundary parts is eliminated, warp streaks are not caused in the resultant woven fabric.
