To reduce risks due to conversation between a customer and a sales person, and to provide proper navigation to the sales person.

When the start keyword of specific merchandise issued by a sales person is detected by a voice recognizing part 22 during conversation, a control part 100 instructs a recording control part 32 to make a recorder 34 for partial recording start recording. When the understanding of the customer is obtained for the merchandise, the sales person issues the end keyword of the merchandise to make the recorder 34 stop recording. Thus, only the necessary conversation can be recorded in the recorder 34. Also, the name of merchandise to be explained and information showing whether or not the explanations has been finished or not are displayed on a screen 62 for a sales person by a navigation support part 60. Thus, it is possible to prevent the sales person from omitting explanation.
