A lift device 5 is connected swivelably to a running carriage 4, a handling mechanism 6 is supported capably of lifting by this lift device 5. The running carriage 4 and the lift device 5 are connected further through a damping mechanism 30a. The damping mechanism 30a is formed in a constitution as follows. That is, a rotary damper 31 is fixed to a support frame 17 of the running carriage 4, an engaging arm 33 is mounted in an input shaft 32 of this rotary damper 31, and on the other hand, a roller 35 is provided rotatably in an upper frame 18a of the lift device 5, this roller is arranged in a slot formed in the engaging arm 33, and the engaging arm 33 of the rotary damper 31 is swiveled according as the lift device 5 is swiveled relating to the running carriage 4, so as to apply turning force to act on the input shaft 32.
