Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaf vegetables harvester capable of preventing the leaf vegetables from being damaged by suppressing their carrying around.
SOLUTION: This leaf vegetables harvester is provided with a root part- cutting device 7 installed at the lower part of the front side of a machine frame 1, and also left and right pair of conveying devices 8a, 8b for conveying the leaf vegetables A cut with their root parts A2 in plural rows at the same time from the lower part of the front side over the upper part of the rear side. The both conveying devices 8a, 8b are equipped with plural rows of conveying means 87 and the above plural row conveying means 87 have opposing conveying belts 91 having a paired endless form for conveying the leaf vegetables A along with a conveying passage gap 86. At the surface of the opposing conveying belts 91, abutting projecting parts 95 of which projecting amount from the surface is decreased based on their deformation, are formed as projecting.
