Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyer manufacturable in this structure with high conveyance capacity at a comparatively low cost, and easily press-feeding a bulky conveying object with an irregular shape, such as corrugated board chips, and easy for maintenance.
SOLUTION: This conveyer is provided with a fulcrum shaft 8 for reciprocating in a required conveyance section, an attitude control rail 25, and a rear end attacker 32. A press-feed arm 10 is rotatably provided to the fulcrum shaft so as to be in: an overhung attitude orthogonal to the conveying direction or in a parallel attitude to the conveying direction. The attitude control rail 25 is installed so that it can move forward or backward in a direction orthogonal to the conveying direction and comes into sliding contact with the base of the attitude control arm. The press-feed arm is retained in the overhung condition by bringing the attitude control rail into sliding contact with the base portion of the free-feed arm to move the press-feed arm forward. The move the press-feed arm backward, the press-feed arm is retained in parallel by the attitude control rail. On a rearmost end portion, a rear end attacker 32 is provided which collides with the base portion of the press-feed arm to return the press-feed arm in the overhung condition.
