PURPOSE: To provide a cooking board and a cooker using the board which can accomplish the thawing and the melting of frozen food while keeping fresh taste, and cook the food in a good shape and can be carried easily.

CONSTITUTION: A cooker comprises a cooking board 1, which is characterized to have the board on which food to be heated for cooking is put, which is made of graphite, and whose at least cooking side is coated with nonpoisonous metal or metallic oxide, and a vessel 12 having a protruded holder 5 in the center, which supports the cooking board 1 upward, surrounds an underlying heater 3 and has a vent 4 between the cooking board 1 and itself, and a ditch 6 around the protruded holder 5.
