Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling abnormality detection device for appropriately detecting that a cooling device is in a cooling abnormality state in accordance with a flow rate of a refrigerant.SOLUTION: A cooling abnormality detection device includes: a cooling device for cooling a heat source by circulating a refrigerant; and a controller for detecting that the cooling device is in a cooling abnormality state. The cooling device includes a first temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of the heat source and a second temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of the refrigerant. The controller sets a threshold value for determining whether the cooling device is in the cooling abnormality state in accordance with a flow rate of the refrigerant, and detects the cooling abnormality state on the basis of a relationship between the temperature of the heat source detected by the first temperature sensor and the temperature of the refrigerant detected by the second temperature sensor and the threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
