To provide a cooling device and an information processor, capable of efficiently cooling a plurality of heating elements by use of one cooling fluid circulation system.

The cooling device 100 includes a passage 20, a pump 72 capable of circulating cooling fluid to the passage, the pump being disposed in the passage; a first radiator 40A for cooling the cooling fluid; a first heat exchanger 30A performing heat exchange between the cooling fluid and a first heating element 90A; a second radiator 40B for cooling the cooling fluid; and a second heat exchanger 30B performing heat exchange between the cooling fluid and a second heating element 90B. The passage connects the first radiator, the first heat exchanger, the second radiator and the second heat exchanger in an annular shape.
