PURPOSE: To realize the interlocking control between the starting and cooling actions of each unit in a cooling system by actuating the cooling device of each unit based on the control instruction given from a service processor and at the same time driving each device unit to be cooled.

CONSTITUTION: A host control means 117 gives the control instructions to plural control means 115. Then each means 115 gives a control instruction to each starting means 113 based on said control instruction and at the same time applies a power supply of each corresponding device 121 to be cooled. Each means 113 received a command from each means 115 starts each corresponding cooling means 111. The means 111 started by the means 113 cools each corresponding device 121.
