Title:
COOLING METHOD FOR ARTICLE USING REFRIGERATOR, AND REFRIGERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3864228
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool an article such as a ultrahigh performance precision apparatus to a cryogenic temperature by using a refrigerator without applying vibration to the article.
SOLUTION: A cold end 36 of the refrigerator is formed like a disc, two pairs of refrigeration pipes 31 and 32 are arranged so that lines connecting the pairs of refrigeration pipes perpendicularly cross on a principal plane of the cold end, high pressure gas is supplied to one pair of refrigeration pipes, low pressure gas is supplied to the other pair of refrigeration pipes, and a stationary point is formed on the cold end. Cooling of the article is carried out by mounting a component 39 onto the stationary point.
