Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a cosmetic having excellent extensibility on the skin, wet feeling, capable of hiding pores or fine wrinkles of the skin and improving maintenance of makeup by including fine powder and fluorine-modified silicone at a specific condition.
CONSTITUTION: This cosmetic contains 0.01-99wt.% fine powder having 0.1-2μm voluminous cumulative average granular diameter and ≤2 refractive index and 0.01-99wt.% one or more kinds of combined fluorine-modified silicone having the structural unit of formula I (Rf and Rf' are each a 1-20C perfluoroalkyl or ω-H-perfluoroalkyl; R1 is a 1-20C aliphatic hydrocarbon, etc.; l is 2-16; m and n are each 1-16; p is 1-200), etc., and the structural unit of formula II (R4 and R5 are same as R1; s is 0-200). This cosmetic gives wet using feeling without drying of skin specific to fine powder and is able to hide unevenness such as pores or fine wrinkles and maintain the effect as the fine powder acts as a light-diffusing component.
