Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member which shows outstanding resistance to load and wear and has a beautiful outer surface.
SOLUTION: The cover member 10 is structured of a cover material consisting of a main part of almost the same size as a cover part 12 and a spine cover part 14 and auxiliary parts extending outward in the longitudinal direction from both side edges of the main part. In addition, both auxiliary parts are folded to the outside of the main part at the folded part crossing the upper edge and the lower edge of the cover material and both free ends each of both auxiliary parts are positioned at the spine cover part 14 of the main part. Further, the main part and the auxiliary part are superposed over each other so that their respective upper edges and lower edges are arranged almost in order and lapped together. Besides, the auxiliary part of the first spine cover side and the auxiliary part of the second spine cover side are joined to the outside of the main part of the spine cover side.
