Abstract:
To solve the problem in which it is difficult to notify a user that data has been received according to a position of a terminal because a notification according to positional information of the user cannot be transmitted with conventional techniques.SOLUTION: A transmission/reception unit 51 of a communication management device 5 receives various information as predetermined reception information included in a facsimile document transmitted by a communication device 2 after transmitted (transferred) by a data processing device 3 (step S106). After that, the transmission/reception unit 51 transmits, to a communication terminal 8, a notification generated based on positional information of the communication terminal 8 corresponding to a user identified as an address of a transmission destination of the communication device 2 and the predetermined reception information (steps S121 and S134).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
