Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission device designed to transmit a digital data signal from a sending unit to a reception unit via a transmission path, the transmission device detecting an abnormality of the digital data signal caused by degradations, for example, in the transmission path.SOLUTION: A data transmission device 1 includes: a sending unit 2; a reception unit 3; a differential transmission path 4 connecting the sending unit and the reception unit to each other; a sampling clock generation circuit 51 for generating a plurality of sampling clocks with different phases; and a comparison determination circuit 52 for sampling a digital data signal sent from the sending unit 2 in synchronization with each of the sampling clocks and determining that the digital data signal is abnormal when there is no matches between the values of the sampled digital data signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
