Abstract:

To provide a deformed cross sectional tube for bulging-work with which the suitable cross section after forming can be obtained without generating the contraction and the excess thickness caused by a corner part.

In the metal-made deformed cross sectional tube having one or a plurality of corner parts supplied to the bulging work, in the case of using x[mm] for the curvature radius in the outside surface at least in one corner, y[mm] for the thickness near the corner part and z for the ratio of the thickness in the corner part to the thickness near the corner part, the size is set so that these x, y, z satisfy the relations 30.3≤2x-3y+30z≤35.7.
