To effectively operate a heater for drying clothes.
A fan air passage is formed by disposing a vaporizer, a condenser, and an air fan between a suction inlet and a blow-off outlet in a casing, and further a freezing circuit is formed by connecting a compressor, the vaporizer, and condenser, and the like through a refrigerant piping. A heater is provided in the fan air passage, and the air sucked from the suction inlet with the actuation of the air fan is cooled and condensed in the vaporizer, and then the air heated and dried with the aid of the condenser or the condenser and the heater is exhausted from the blow-off outlet. A humidity sensor is provided for detecting the humidity of the sucked air. For a predetermined time since the starting of the operation of the heater the heater is continuously operated, and after the predetermined time the detection humidity of the humidity sensor and predetermined set humidity are compared with each other, and provided that the detection humidity becomes lower than the set humidity, power supply to the heater is turned off such an operation mode is provided.
