To acquire a demand forecast value by accurately determining the state of order receipt of a forecast object product.

The demand forecast method for forecasting a demand in a predetermined period of a preset forecast object product comprises order receipt result data input step of inputting the past order receipt result data of the product; accuracy information acquisition step of acquiring accuracy information based on the order receipt result data and incidental information associated with the order receipt result data; correlation data input step of inputting correlation data correlated with the product; and demand forecast step of acquiring a demand forecast value in the predetermined period of the product based on a demand forecast model built from the order receipt result data, the accuracy information and the correlation data.
