PURPOSE: To provide a device for bending sliced meat, capable of automatically bending sliced meat at the optimum bending part regardless of change of a size and a quality of sliced meat without using a hand.

CONSTITUTION: This bending device 10 is equipped with a bender 12 which is installed on a conveyor 5 for transporting sliced meat and bends sliced meat by superimposing one part of the sliced meat on the other part, a sensor S for detecting the shape of the sliced meat and a bender moving device for transferring the bender 12 so as to bend the sliced meat at a desired bending part based on the detected result of the sensor S.
