Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the system by controlling a program which is corrected by each controller by a cell controller, and then sending it to the main computer and compiling it reversely, and performing simulation. CONSTITUTION:The program generated by the main computer (work station) 1 is compiled and the sent to the cell controller 5, which distributes it to a programmable controller 4 and a robot controller 5 through a multiplexer 3. Programs corrected by the controllers 4 and 5 are controlled by a cell controller 2 through the multiplexer 3 and then sent to the work station 1. The work station 1 compiles the sent programs reversely to perform the simulation. Thus, the factory automation system can be simplified.
